- How do I get to your hotel?
- It is directly connected to the east exit of Keihan Moriguchishi Station. For details, please see Location & Access.
- Is there a shuttle bus service?
- There is no shuttle bus service from the airport or train stations to the hotel, so please use a car or public transportation. For details, please see Location & Access.
- How do I get to your hotel from the airport?
- It takes about 80 minutes from Kansai International Airport to Moriguchishi Station on the JR Kansai Airport Rapid and Keihan Main Line, and about 55 minutes from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport) to Moriguchishi Station on the Osaka Monorail and Keihan Main Line. - What is the closest station to your hotel?
- Moriguchishi Station on the Keihan Main Line. Our hotel is directly connected to the east exit of the Moriguchishi Station.
- Is there a parking available?
- There is a Times parking lot on the first basement floor, but the number of parking spaces is limited. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend using public transportation. For details, please see Location & Access.
- Can I reserve a parking space?
- We do not accept reservations for parking.

- Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
- We can keep your luggage. Please inquire at our hotel front desk.
- Can I send my luggage in advance?

- Infants can stay with you free of charge.
- Do you have cribs available?
- Cribs are available for rent. Please inquire at the time of reservation as there is a limited number of cribs available.
- Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?
- All rooms except Japanese-style rooms are wheelchair accessible with no steps. Please note that you will need to get out of your wheelchair to use the bathrooms and toilets.
(There is one wheelchair accessible bathroom on the second floor of our hotel). - What is the cancellation policy?
- Please cancel up to 2 days prior to your stay in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.
After that, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
Individual reservations: 100% of the room charge for no-shows, the day before or the day of the stay.
Group reservations: Please contact us for separate cancellation policy. - Can I stay with my pet?
- Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs are permitted.)
- Can minors stay at the hotel alone?
- Minors may stay at the hotel with the approval of a person with parental authority. Please submit a consent form for all guests to the front desk upon check-in. If we deem it necessary, we may contact the person with parental authority. Please download the accommodation agreement form from the following link.

- Do you have private rooms in your restaurants?
- 3 private rooms are available at Chinese Restaurant Reika on the 1st floor, 3 private rooms are available at Japanese Restaurant Koyomi on the 4th floor and 1 private room is available at Dining & Bar Sizzling on the 12th floor.
- Are there any restaurants accessible with baby strollers?

Baby strollers can be used in all restaurants in the hotel.

- Kids menus are available at all restaurants in the hotel.
- Do you have an allergy-friendly menu?
- We will prepare a menu corresponding to allergens. Please contact the restaurant at least 3 days prior to your visit.

- Are there vending machines in your hotel?
- Vending machines are located on the 4th floor.
- Is there a microwave oven in your hotel?
- Microwave ovens are located in front of the elevator on the 4th floor.
- Is there an ice machine in the hotel?
- An ice machine is located in front of the elevator on the 7th floor.
- Is there a smoking area in your hotel?
- Please use the designated smoking area located at the far left after exiting the entrance on the ground floor or at the far left on the 2nd floor.
- Are there places to shop at your hotel?
- The Bakery & Patisserie "fagot" on the 1st floor sells hotel-made cakes, freshly baked breads, and Agora Original Curry. Original hotel merchandise and other items for souvenirs and gifts are also available in the 1F lobby.
- Is there a nursing room?
- There is no dedicated nursing room in the hotel. A small room in the hotel is available for nursing, please contact our staff.
- Is there a place to change diapers?
- Diaper changing areas are located in the women’s restroom on the first floor and in the accessible restroom on the second floor.
- Can I use the Internet in your hotel?
- Wi-Fi (high-speed wireless LAN) is available in guest rooms, the lobby on the 1st floor, each restaurant, banquet rooms and meeting rooms on the 2nd through 4th floors.
- Are there accessible restrooms?
- Please use the accessible restroom on the 2nd floor. Wheelchairs are also accessible.
- Do you have wheelchairs available for rent?
- Free wheelchairs are available for rent at the reception on the 1st floor. The number of wheelchairs is limited, so please inquire in advance. If you have already decided on the date of your stay, we can make a reservation for you.

- PayPay is available.

- Various credit cards are accepted.
- Can I exchange foreign currencies?
- Foreign currency exchange machines are located in the lobby on the 1st floor.
